Review of Asia Time’s Disclosure Policies
In general, all public communications will be made at the corporate level. Only Asia Time’s CEO, CFO and VP of Investor Relations, or those specifically designated by these individuals, are permitted to speak to members of the financial community about Asia Time matters.
